Your AI agent drafts the agreement. SwiftNDA gets it signed.
Connect any MCP-compatible agent to SwiftNDA. It turns approved Markdown into a professional PDF draft, you review and sign it, and the recipient signs from a secure browser link.
→ Includes 2 free contracts. No credit card required.
- Signed by a person, not the agent
- Secure signing links
- Audit-trail PDF
From Markdown to an executed PDF
Your agent handles the paperwork. You stay the one who approves it.
- 01
Chat with your AI
Ask Claude or any MCP-compatible agent you already use to prepare the agreement.
- 02
Markdown
The agent writes the full agreement in Markdown, adds sender and recipient details, and shows it to you.
- 03
Human approval
SwiftNDA generates the PDF draft. You preview it and sign as sender. Nothing goes out before that.
- 04
Signature
The recipient gets a secure link and signs in the browser. No account needed.
- 05
Executed PDF
The agent tracks status and retrieves the signed PDF and audit-trail PDF.
Connect your agent
SwiftNDA runs a hosted MCP server. Its tools map one-to-one onto the REST API, with the same API key, permissions and rate limits.
Endpoint
Streamable HTTP, stateless, POST only.
Authentication
- Create a free account, then create an API key in Dashboard → API Keys.
- Send it as a bearer token, or in the
X-API-Keyheader. - Keep it in your client’s header settings. Never paste it into a prompt or tool input.
Keys are limited to 100 requests per minute. A missing or invalid key returns 401.

Mutual NDA template or your own wording.

Scope, fees and terms for independent work.
Statements of work
Deliverables and milestones under an existing contract.
Supplier agreements
Terms with vendors and service providers.
Other reviewed documents
Any two-party agreement whose text you’ve approved.
You’re responsible for the content of each agreement. Have it reviewed by a qualified professional where needed.
Built for the way agents work
Markdown-first
Agents already write Markdown. Headings, lists, emphasis and links render to a clean PDF, with eight merge fields for party details.
No DOCX or PDF preparation
No templates to format or files to upload. SwiftNDA generates the document and its signature block.
Nothing for recipients to install
Recipients sign from a secure link in any browser, without creating an account.
Signature tracking
Your agent can check when the invitation was sent, first opened and signed. Webhooks can notify your own backend.
Downloadable audit evidence
Once fully signed, download the executed PDF and a separate audit-trail PDF.
Try it with your own agent, free
2 documents included. No credit card required.
A draft is never sent silently
Creating a document only produces a draft. SwiftNDA won’t email a signing invitation until the sender has signed, so every agreement passes through a person before it reaches the other party.
- Drafts stay drafts. Creating or editing one sends no email and uses no quota.
- You sign first. Sending is refused until the sender signature is on the document.
- Recipients always sign themselves. There is no API for recipient signing, and only the designated recipient can sign.
- Signed text is frozen. Once the sender signs, the draft can no longer be edited.
